Help Bring The Story of Radio to Life

An Extraordinary Story Needs Extraordinary Partners

Radio has transformed the way humanity communicates, explores, discovers, and understands the universe.

Yet the remarkable science and human stories behind our wireless world remain largely invisible.

The Story of Radio is an international multimedia production bringing these stories to life through public television, immersive planetarium cinema, digital storytelling, and educational experiences.

We invite organizations and individuals who share our passion for science, innovation, exploration, and education to become part of this ambitious project.

Support the Production

Invest in Science, Discovery, and Public Understanding

The production is seeking underwriting and philanthropic support from corporations, foundations, scientific institutions, nonprofit organizations, and individuals who recognize the importance of science communication and public education.

Support will help finance original cinematography, interviews, scientific visualization, immersive animation, educational development, and international production.

Opportunities include support for the one-hour public television documentary, the 30-minute immersive planetarium experience, digital stories, and K–16 educational resources.

Underwriting arrangements and recognition will be developed in accordance with applicable public media standards and individual production agreements.

Whether your organization works in telecommunications, electronics, aerospace, medicine, scientific research, education, or another field shaped by radio technology, we welcome a conversation about participating in the project.

Share Your Story

The People Behind the Invisible World

Some of radio's most extraordinary stories come from people whose work and experiences rarely reach a broad audience.

We are interested in hearing from scientists exploring the electromagnetic universe, engineers developing wireless technologies, amateur radio operators experimenting with communication, and volunteers providing essential services during emergencies.

We also welcome stories from inventors, makers, educators, medical researchers, historians, and others whose lives intersect with radio in unexpected ways.

If you have a compelling story, a remarkable experiment, an unusual application of radio technology, or a perspective that deserves a wider audience, we would like to hear from you.

Scientific and Educational Collaboration

Connecting Expertise with Storytelling

Scientific accuracy and educational value are central to The Story of Radio.

We welcome collaboration with universities, research institutions, museums, planetariums, science centers, amateur radio organizations, and educators.

These relationships may provide opportunities for expert interviews, access to research facilities, scientific demonstrations, archival material, and educational activities.

Our goal is to make complex scientific ideas accessible without losing the excitement and wonder of discovery.
